- Lead Compassionate Patient Care: Assess, implement, and continuously adapt personalized care plans, acting as a dedicated advocate and trusted communicator for patients and their families.
- Drive Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the central hub of patient care, seamlessly orchestrating communication across medical specialties, therapies, and support services to ensure holistic, well-rounded treatment.
- Deliver Clinical Excellence: Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, safety, and acute clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion Seamless Transitions: Proactively guide discharge planning from day one, coordinating with the broader care team to empower patients and their families for a safe return home or to next-level care.
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Approved Local Exception. Approved Local Exception for TN to add NRP and STABLE. or For use with unique Union job requirements only. Remove if not for Union.
- Drivers License.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
