Department/Specialty: Medical Psychiatry
Schedule: Nights | Part-Time | 7pm to 7:30am, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation
- Conduct initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments using nursing standards, and craft personalized nursing care plans tailored to each patient’s master treatment plan.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to plan, refine, and adapt goals, objectives, and interventions for each patient’s unique needs.
- Bring care plans to life for assigned patients while leading or co-leading engaging group therapy sessions.
- Evaluate patient progress and partner closely with team members to adjust care strategies as patient needs evolve.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
- Registered Nurse experience
