Job Duties – Registered Nurse _ MedSurg/Telemetry/Orthopedics
Facility: Charlotte/High Point/Albemarle/Charlotte/Winston-Salem – North Carolina
Department: MedSurg/Tele/Ortho
Shift: 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Pay Range: $2100- $2200 weekly

Responsibilities:
1. Patient Assessment and Monitoring
2. Medication Administration and Management
3. Telemetry and Cardiac Monitoring
4. Medical-Surgical Nursing Care
5. Orthopedic and Postoperative Care
6. Clinical Procedures and Equipment Management
7. Neurological Assessment and Stroke Care
8. Patient Safety and Infection Control
9. Care Planning and Documentation
10. Interdisciplinary Collaboration
11. Patient Assignment and Staffing Responsibilities
Additional Requirements
Minimum 18 months of MedSurg/Telemetry RN experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring skills.
Experience managing IV medications, cardiac drips, heparin, and blood products.
Ability to care for medical, surgical, telemetry, and orthopedic patients.
Proficiency with electronic health records, preferably Epic.
Willingness to float between designated facilities and units as required.
