About the Role
Greenlife Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse/Midwife to provide quality patient care, administer nursing procedures and support the hospital's healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer nursing procedures and implement hospital nursing guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care with relevant departments and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients, provide emotional support and respond to medical emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications and self-care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and submit required reports.
- Ensure proper medication administration and compliance with infection-control procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Monitor nursing equipment and supplies, ensuring proper use and availability.
- Protect patient confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork among healthcare staff.
