About the Role

Crystathorpe is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and customer-focused Registered Nurses to join our team in Gwagwalada, Abuja. We are looking for mid-level nursing professionals across general and specialized fields (including B.Sc. Nurses, RNs, and ICU Nurses) who are committed to patient care, neatness, and uncompromising service excellence within a modern hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care, patient monitoring, and nursing interventions.
• Maintain strict adherence to medical safety protocols and patient hygiene standards.

• Operate hospital IT tools, medical record systems, and diagnostic equipment.
• Deliver polite, patient, and empathetic patient communication to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams under fast-paced clinical conditions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing or Registered Nurse (RN) diploma from an accredited nursing institution.
• Current registration and valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• 1–2 years of post-qualification clinical experience (experience in a modern private hospital or ICU setup is an advantage).
• Strong IT literacy, clinical judgment, and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and patient-relation skills.
