As a designated stroke unit within Deaconess Gateway's Certified Primary Stroke Center, you'll play a vital role in caring for acute stroke patients while also gaining experience with telemetry, heart failure, COPD exacerbations, infections, and complex medical conditions. The diverse patient population keeps every day engaging and helps nurses develop a broad skillset that is valuable throughout their career.
