- Clinical Excellence: Maintain rigorous aseptic sterile techniques in strict alignment with AORN and ASPAN standards to ensure optimal surgical outcomes and zero-percent infection rates.
- Acute Care Management: Expertly assess physical and psychological patient status, delivering targeted interventions and pain management strategies that improve recovery timelines.
- Proactive Coordination: Anticipate complex case-specific needs by synthesizing deep knowledge of pathophysiology and surgical procedures to streamline OR/PACU workflow.
- Discharge Strategy: Spearhead multidisciplinary discharge planning, coordinating with families and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Required Credential(s):
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
