Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care, assessments, medications, and treatments.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
- Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality, resident-centered care.
- Promote resident safety and infection prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Long-term care or senior living experience preferred.
Schedule
Per Diem / Pool / Flex
- Work based on your availability and facility needs.
- All shifts available: Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends, and Holidays.
- Great opportunity for supplemental income and schedule flexibility.
