Registered Nurse - PREP Team

The PREP Team Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting all surgical patients (total and non-total joint) in becoming prepared for their upcoming surgery which includes but is not limited to collecting the patient’s medical and surgical history and medications and scheduling any preoperative appointments needed.

• This position is a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period)
• Employee must be flexible with orientation location, hours, and possibly train 5 days per week depending on schedule and travel to Green Bay when needed.

Education and Experience:

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
• Must be BLS Certified within six (6) months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Prior experience in an ASC or operating room environment is strongly preferred.
