Working closely with internal stakeholders across Assistance, Claims and Complaints, you will proactively manage complex cases, balancing customer outcomes with sound clinical judgement and risk management principles. This is a highly collaborative role where your expertise will help drive quality decision-making, protect the wellbeing of travellers, and ensure services are delivered in line with Redion's operational, clinical and risk management frameworks.
