Registered Nurse (RN) – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Southeastern Renal Dialysis Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in West Burlington, Iowa. As an RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) while working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, administering medications, monitoring dialysis treatments, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with all company, state, federal, and CMS regulations. This position also supports quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention, and serves as a clinical resource to fellow team members while helping create a positive and safe environment for both patients and staff.
