Location: Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, KY 42420. Our facility is listed as a qualifying nursing home under the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible nurses may qualify for student loan repayment assistance and/or financial stipends.

$4000 Sign-on Bonus - Wages based on years of experience

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
