We invite you to join the RN Med Surg Team at Iredell Health System. Three North is a department where you have the opportunity to care for a diverse population of patients, from 5 days old to 100 years old - allowing you to build upon your clinical skills while gaining comfort in managing unique patient needs.

We currently have an opening for a full-time night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (36 hours per week) with competitive benefits including a $4 night shift differential, $4 pediatric differential when assigned to pediatric beds, additional pay of $10/hr. for any hours worked over 36 hours per week, and up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

RN - Responsibility

The Registered Nurse (RN) prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to provide optimal quality care, consistent with the hospital’s mission and nursing philosophy, objectives, and standards. Has full access to patient health information.
