About the Role
As a Registered Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll provide professional, compassionate care while supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, residents, and families using sound clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for nurses who value empathy, teamwork, and meaningful connections.
Schedule & Pay

RN Pay: $36–$41/hour (based on experience)

LPN Pay: $31–$36/hour (based on experience)

Shifts: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
What You’ll Do

Promote safety, comfort, and dignity for every resident

Communicate effectively with families, residents, and the care team

Document accurately according to regulatory standards

Follow Pines of Sarasota policies and the Nurse Practice Act
What You’ll Need

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Valid Florida RN or LPN License
-
6+ months of nursing experience in long-term care preferred
