Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem Home Health Visits | Broward County
Matrix Home Care is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse for per diem skilled home health visits throughout Broward County.
The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care in the home setting, including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and lab draws. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who enjoys flexible scheduling and providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing visits in the patient’s home
• Perform wound care treatments as ordered
• Provide medication management and patient education
• Perform IV therapy as ordered and within scope of practice
• Complete lab draws as needed
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
• Follow the patient’s plan of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and care team members
• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
Requirements
• Active Florida Registered Nurse license
• Prior home health experience preferred
• Experience with wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and lab draws preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in the home care setting
• Reliable transportation required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
