The PRN RN position responsibilities include:
- Perform client care services including, but not limited to, client assessments, care plan development, and supervisory visits.
- Help ensure adherence to Virginia Home Care regulations and standards in operational practices and procedures.
- Introduce, Instruct and Coach caregivers.
- Instruct and assess Caregiver's skillset.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of acute/ skilled or non-skilled home care nursing experience.
- Flexible, positive working attitude.
- Detailed oriented with strong commitment to client service excellence.
- Current Virginia RN licensure
- Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and ability to learn staff scheduling software
- Flexible, part-time position.
