What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse Team Lead at HealthNet:
The Registered Nurse Team Lead position coordinates the nursing and interdisciplinary team for daily care assignments and operations of HealthNet's Health Centers. This position exists to provide on-site management and clinical support to staff and to communicate policy and procedure changes.
- Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
- Provide on-site supervision of Nursing/PCA staff to facilitate operations for the assigned clinical site(s).
- Assist all units/staff with problem-solving to obtain necessary equipment, medications, and supplies on an as needed basis.
- Evaluate staffing plans for the assigned clinical site(s).
- Assist charge nurses with clinical assessments as needed.
- Evaluate/make decisions about staffing plans and schedules.
- Communicate and problem solve with the Manager or Clinical Services as needed.
- Apply a minimum of one health literacy method when communicating with patients/clients.

- Full-Time
- Potential schedule includes Monday/Tuesday 8am-8pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Wednesday/Friday 8am-5pm
