Description

Why Nurses Choose Arc of Acadiana

At Arc of Acadiana, nursing is about relationships, stability, and purpose—not rushed patient turnover or hospital chaos. Our Registered Nurses support individuals with disabilities across community and residential settings, where care is personal, teamwork matters, and your clinical judgment truly makes a difference.

This role offers a unique balance of clinical oversight and meaningful connection. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships, support staff development, and ensure quality care without the demands of a fast-paced clinical environment.

Location: 6400 Hwy 90 W New Iberia, LA (Central Office)

Schedule: Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a one-hour paid lunch. Because our Waiver Program operates 24 hours a day, the RN must also be available for occasional after-hours calls and home visits before 8:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. to provide staff training.

What You’ll Do

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide clinical oversight and coordination of healthcare services while supporting participants and staff across the Waiver program.
