Registered Nurse - Scrub/Scout
Hollywood Private Hospital is seeking experienced Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses to join our state-of -the- art Angiography Suite on a permanent, full-time and part-time basis.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care within the Angiography Suite, working as part of a multidisciplinary team during interventional, cardiac, vascular and other procedural cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scrub and scout nursing for angiography and interventional procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining the sterile field, equipment and procedural supplies.
- Assisting the proceduralist and team throughout procedures.
- Monitoring patient safety, clinical status and infection prevention requirements.
- Completing accurate clinical documentation and ensuring appropriate equipment and stock are available.
- Participating in emergency response, patient transfers and post-procedure care as required.
- Working collaboratively with radiographers, cardiologists, vascular surgeons and other multidisciplinary team members.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses).
- Minimum 12 months' experience in scrub/scout (desirable).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.85 - $54.68 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife Level 1 gr1-gr8).
