Dallas and surrounding areas. Caseload will vary depending on area.

Schedule:

• Part-time
• PRN

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform admission assessments for new patients.
  
• Complete recertification assessments for existing patients.
  
• Perform skilled nursing visits, including weight checks, dressing changes, G-tube education, and other skilled nursing services as needed.
  
• Provide patient and caregiver education as appropriate.
  
• Ensure all assessments, skilled nursing services, and documentation are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Requirements

RN Pediatric Visit Job Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred.
• Kantime experience preferred.
• Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.
• Ability to work independently.
• Provide effective communication to pediatric and adult patients, team members, and other health care professionals!
