What you will do

• Direct Patient Care: Assess, monitor, and prioritize patient needs, and deliver discharge instructions to patients and families.

• Medication & Clinical Procedures: Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood transfusions safely, including high-alert medications.

• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to life-threatening situations in line with nursing standards and hospital protocols.

• Unit Leadership: Serve as relief Charge Registered Nurse and teach fellow nurses core clinical skills.

• Documentation & Quality: Maintain accurate documentation while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

You will thrive here if you have

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Institute

• 3+ years of nursing experience after obtaining a Bachelor's degree

• First Aid, CPR, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, where applicable

• Nursing competencies in at least 2 additional clinical areas

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office

• Fluency in English and a basic understanding of Taiba Hospital's nursing Arabic vocabulary
