Are you a Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors? We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team and help lead clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility.
As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, resident-centered environment.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond to clinical concerns and provide leadership during emergencies
- Complete assessments, investigate incidents, and follow up on resident care issues
- Assist with staffing coordination and workflow management
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Mentor team members and help promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred)
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
