On-Call Schedule and Some Holidays Required

As a Registered Nurse, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

Possess a current RN License
Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
