- Deliver specialized wound care by implementing and adapting personalized treatment plans to accelerate healing and enhance quality of life.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to ensure advanced therapies, specialty consults and patient goals stay fully aligned.
- Assess ongoing healing progress by evaluating skin and tissue conditions in real-time to adjust care protocols promptly.
- Empower home management and discharge by educating patients and families on proper dressing changes, infection prevention and long-term recovery strategies.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
Additional Preferences:
Wound care experience preferred.
