Salary:
$12/hour
Working Schedule:
• 5 Days Per Week
(3 Weekdays & 2 Weekends)
Weekday Shifts:
• 10.00am – 7.00pm
• 1.00pm – 10.00pm
Weekend Shift:
• 9.00am – 6.00pm
What You'll Be Doing:
• Handle parent and customer enquiries over the phone
• Assist with student enrolment by providing information on programmes and courses
• Direct prospective customers to the sales team when required
• Respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Support front desk enquiries when needed
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned
