Regular Night Welder

Welders are required to be safety minded, highly productive experts who are willing to learn to cut, fit, and tack weld all parts of heat exchangers, vessels, and towers.

• Wear proper PPE at all times on shop floor and follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Read blueprints and weld procedures to ensure all welds are completed to required specifications
• Set up welding equipment, prepare materials and maintain a clean workstation to ensure proper welding
• Perform weld processes to fabricate or repair shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and/or towers while maintaining less than a 5% x-ray repair rate
• Work with QC personnel to ensure quality is maintained on all welds
• Complete assigned work within given time frame and according to specifications
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned, which may include performing basic tasks when such a need arises
