Regular RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Responsibilities
- Develop new RPA flows/components and complementary tools
- Debug and fix/improve existing RPA processes
- Take over, improve and maintain processes automated by external development teams
- Facilitate GUI to APIs migration initiatives
- Maintain the code base according to the coding rules in place
SKILLS
Must have
- Experience with Blue Prism (at least 2 years)
- Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop) knowledge would be a plus
- .NET / C# knowledge would be a plus
- Experience in facilitating the design, setup, and configuration of RPA solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of Digital Transformation disruptive technologies (e.g.: Machine Learning, Process Automation, Cloud, etc.) and their application to functional areas (e.g., Finance, HR, etc.)
- Prior experience in an Agile environment or an environment transitioning to Agile Other: mandatory 2 days / week onsite on client's premises / bvd Dimitrie Pompeiu
