As our Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will support end-to-end regulatory operations by compiling comprehensive product dossiers, maintaining accurate regulatory archives, and tracking project milestones. Acting as a vital connection between Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and International Marketing, you will streamline technical communication, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure full alignment with local and international regulatory landscapes. Core Responsibilities:

Dossier Management: Assemble, review, and compile comprehensive regulatory submission dossiers required for new product launches, line extensions, and market expansions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Regulatory, International Marketing, and R&D teams to streamline information flow and ensure technical alignment across project timelines.

Process & SOP Documentation: Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for evolving regulatory processes to guarantee compliance and operational consistency.

Tracking & Archive Management: Maintain up-to-date product information archives, tracking tools, and regulatory databases to ensure full traceability and data integrity.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Biological Chemistry (QFB), Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Regulatory Affairs or similar regulatory roles (including internships).
Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate English proficiency.

Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), cosmetics, personal care, or food manufacturing industries.

Strong background in regulatory data management, product archive tracking, and knowledge of the global/regional regulatory landscape.

Strong planning, prioritization, organization, and cross-functional communication skills.
Note: This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months.
