Job Summary
- Monitor Japan’s regulatory policies, trends, and maintain relationships with authorities and industry groups
- Support regulatory strategy and share updates with internal teams
- Manage approvals, licenses, and submission processes
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and improve workflows
- Lead documentation (labels, manuals) and introduce efficient systems/tools
- Support team training, communication, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in science or related field
- 3+ years experience in pharma industry or regulatory agency
- Knowledge of Japanese pharmaceutical regulations
- Good communication skills in Japanese and English
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
