Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, ensuring that our products comply with all relevant regulations and standards. This role is crucial in facilitating the approval process for new products and maintaining compliance for existing ones. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regulatory strategies for product submissions to health authorities. - Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including INDs, NDAs, and other submissions as required. - Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure timely approvals and address any inquiries. - Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing, to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle. - Maintain comprehensive records of regulatory submissions and communications.
