Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess healthcare services under LHSS’ purview to ensure compliance with prescribed requirements under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and its subsidiary legislation
- Conduct thorough reviews of feedback and complaints related to healthcare services to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Support and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare service quality and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree holder with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
