Regulatory & Control Manager (Bank, Until July 2027) #ESY

· Regulatory Tracking & Submissions: Monitorregulatory developments relevant to Anchor, maintain a regulatory obligationsregister, and coordinate timely preparation and submission of requiredregulatory deliverables and responses.

· Compliance Liaison: Act as theinterface between the program team and Compliance/Legal functions, ensuring allworkstream activities adhere to applicable regulations, internal policies, andaudit requirements.

· Regulatory Reporting: Produceaccurate and timely regulatory packs, track open regulatory actions to closure,and support preparation for regulatory examinations or reviews.

· Governance Framework Management: Maintainand administer the Anchor governance framework, including committee calendars,terms of reference, meeting minutes, action logs, and decision registers acrossall governance forums.

· Controls & Assurance Monitoring: Supportthe design and monitoring of program controls, track control effectiveness, andcoordinate with Risk and Internal Audit to ensure governance standards areconsistently upheld.

Documentation & Policy Management:

Own the central repository of program governancedocumentation, ensuring version control, accessibility, and alignment withenterprise policy standards.
