(Position Details: Salary range $70,000–$90,000 based on experience. Candidates should have at least 3 years of safety experience, with 5+ years and a degree in Occupational Safety or a related field preferred. Extensive travel is required.)

Bonus Structure: Reportable Metrics Related to Regulatory Adherence

Introduction:
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of
workplace health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, Federal DOT,
and other regulatory entities to foster a secure, hazard-free work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Safety and Health Programs to Adhere to all required Regulatory
Compliance
2. Train all Operational Employees on Programs
3. Work with Operation Managers on Compliance of Programs
4. Maintain all required Recordkeeping per Regulatory Compliance requirements
5. Perform Compliance Audits in all Operational Facilities on a Quarterly Basis
6. Perform Incident Investigations
7. Perform Risk Assessments
8. Streamline PPE and other required Safety instruments, material and tooling
across all company operational locations

Candidates should have at least 3 years of safety experience, with 5+ years and a degree in Occupational Safety or a related field preferred. Extensive travel is required.

1. 50-75% Travel
2. Possess a working knowledge of OSHA Safety and Health Programs related to
OSHA Construction Standards
3. Possess a working knowledge of Federal Department of Transportation
Regulations
4. Possess communication skills to be able to conduct training sessions and
communicate technical safety data to employees.
5. Possess standard computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Google and other pertinent programs.
