Regulatory Reporting Manager

Prepare and review regulatory reports in accordance with reporting deadlines.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reporting through effective controls and governance.
Monitor regulatory metrics and identify potential reporting risks or exceptions.
Analyse reporting data and support management, audit and regulatory enquiries.
Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and strengthen controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory reporting initiatives and ongoing enhancements.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services.
Good understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and financial products.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with regulatory reporting systems is an advantage.
