Rehab Supervisor
Summary
Supervises and performs physical, occupational, or speech therapy treatments, evaluates patients, and develops care plans under a physician’s referral.

Job Type: Full Time
Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
The Rehab Supervisor assists Rehabilitation Director or Manager with coordination of physical, occupational and/or speech therapy operations, including performing treatments within the professional’s respective Practice Act, as prescribed by a referring physician.
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
- Provide patient care.

- Orients, trains and supervises new staff as well as current staff
- Special Projects
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in SLP.
Experience:
- Required – three years or more acute care experience.
- Desired – 1 year or more in a supervisory capacity.
Licensure:
- Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
Certifications:
- Required: Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Speech Language Pathologist, as required by State law
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP
- Basic CPR.
