Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Rehab Technician to join our growing team at our Greenville-area locations. We are a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice providing ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services for children in a supportive and family-centered environment
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced medical setting and is passionate about supporting children with special needs and their care teams. Flexibility with scheduling is available for the right candidate. Applicants must be willing to travel between both clinic locations as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the administrative and therapy teams with day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy and office spaces
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, office supplies, and therapy materials
- Ensure timely procurement of needed items and supplies
- Provide general support to help ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical, pediatric, or therapy setting
- Interest in child development and/or pediatric therapy services
- Comfort interacting with children with special needs and their families
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
