Rehabilitative Services Director

Responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT, and/or Speech. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

• Develops and manages the operating and capital budgets; directs daily operations and performance of staff; has ability to hire, fire and discipline.

Education:

Required: 5 years in healthcare management

Required: Maintain licensure, as required by State law. AHA BLS.
