Reheating Furnace Model Engineer - 37228

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and carry out production works of reheating furnace.
• Build process rules for RHF to ensure high quality of product through correct slab charging, heating and discharging.
• Fulfill and maintain automatic combustion function and relevant improvements.
• Mathematical models maintenance and improvements.
• Analyze the root-cause of problems for reheating process and take actions to prevent.
• Control and improve the quality indexes of heating temperature for specific steel grades.
• Schedule maintenance works of reheating furnace.
• Check equipment and ensure working precisions for reheating furnace.
• Lower energy consumption through technical measures.

2. Qualifications of Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above with the academic backgrounds of Mechanical, Thermal engineering, etc.
• A certain capability of computer programming with C++ etc.
• At least 10 years working experience in walking beam slab reheating furnace in wide Hot Strip Rolling Mill, preferred to in silicon steel production.
• Prefer to proficient English in reading, listening , speaking and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
