(REIGN) Product / Project Manager

● Join early-stage customer engagements with the pre-sales team to identify business needs, define project scope, and align technical requirements.
● Manage end-to-end project execution across business development, product deployment, product delivery, and service optimization to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams including partners, engineering, QA, operations, and sales to drive project progress, issue resolution, and on-time delivery.
● Monitor project risks, operational challenges, and process gaps proactively, while leading continuous improvement initiatives with strong ownership.
● Communicate effectively in English with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate discussions, align expectations, and support decision-making.
● Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and workflows to enhance product innovation, operational efficiency, and project execution.
● Analyze operational data and market feedback to optimize product features, improve business performance, and scale successful deployment models across multiple use cases and industries.
