Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain KYC/CDD assessments and client due diligence documentation for onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
  • Gather, validate, and review client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assess client profiles, ownership structures, source of wealth information, and anticipated account activities.
  • Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure timely completion of client reviews.
  • Monitor and manage KYC review pipelines, ensuring deadlines and service level expectations are met.
  • Identify and remediate documentation gaps, discrepancies, and outstanding compliance requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of governance, regulatory adherence, and data quality throughout the client lifecycle management process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting KYC, CDD, AML, client onboarding, or periodic review processes within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management, or financial products and services.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed client due diligence assessments and risk-related documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting regulatory and business deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
