Job Summary
Join our Multi-Family Office platform as a Relationship Manager to own and grow UHNW/HNW client portfolios, originate new business, and collaborate with investment and compliance teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions.
Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Relationship Management
- Leverage your existing network and clientele to onboard assets onto the platform
- Manage and expand a portfolio of UHNW/HNW clients by building long-term, trust-based relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on investment, wealth structuring, and family office needs
Business Development
- Originate new client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Drive assets under management (AUM) growth and contribute directly to revenue expansion
- Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, and industry platforms to enhance brand presence
Investment Advisory
- Collaborate with the investment team to design and deliver tailored multi-asset solutions including public equities, fixed income, alternatives, structured products, and derivatives
- Provide clients with timely portfolio updates, market insights, and investment opportunities aligned with their risk profiles and long-term objectives
Collaboration with Internal Functions
- Partner with investment, trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client servicing and execution
- Utilize in-house capabilities for product structuring, reporting, and onboarding processes
- Focus on client engagement while operational and administrative functions are centrally supported
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and CMS licensing requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation including KYC, AML/CFT, and suitability assessments
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven track record as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker with an existing client book and strong network
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in private banking, external asset management, or family office environments
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and grow AUM
- Strong knowledge of multi-asset investment solutions
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment and client onboarding standards
