Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs (especially on weekends).
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth closures.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper client records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist clients throughout the buying journey from site visit to closure.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 1-4 years.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Interest in real estate sales and client-facing roles.
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore.
• Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
• Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.
