A leading international bank is looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients.
The Role
- Acquire, grow and retain profitable SME clients within approved risk appetite
- Build tailored account plans and structure credit facilities to meet client needs
- Cross-sell Trade Finance, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth solutions
- Prepare credit proposals and annual reviews; partner closely with Credit on lending quality
- Maintain strong AML/KYC/CDD discipline and escalate issues promptly
- Deliver against sales/revenue targets while raising portfolio and process efficiency
What You Bring
- 5+years in Commercial Banking, with a track record of new client acquisition and portfolio growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong credit assessment and financial analysis skills across Trade, Cash Management, FX and Wealth
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while balancing growth with risk discipline
- Solid grasp of AML/KYC/regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management across Credit, Risk, Compliance and Product
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and relevant industry trends.
