Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Department 1 (IIB-CB1-U1)

Responsibilities:

- Explore new business relationship to the bank;

- Prepare financial analysis and credit proposals as well as make presentations for credit approval;

- Develop banking relationships by cross-selling different banking products and services of the bank;

- Maintain healthy and profitable loan portfolio;

- Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines to maintain a balanced approach to risk management;

- Coach assistant relationship manager.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Business or Finance or related disciplines;

- At least 5 years of banking experience as Relationship Manager with good business network in commercial banking;

- Good knowledge and skills in commercial banking products and credit analysis;

- Holder of Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 1 and 4 license;

- Good communication and presentation skills;

- A team player who can work independently and under work pressure;

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);

- Occasional travel is required
