CTBC Financial Holding Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking Department 3 (IIB-CB3)

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the portfolios of Greater China customers in alignment with the Bank's strategy and vision;
Explore new business opportunities and solicit new customer to expand the Bank’s customer portfolio;
Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and reviews for assessing Greater China customers’ credit worthiness and react to market changes from time to time;
Develop, implement and review relevant policies and ensure the business operations are compliant with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;
Participate in projects or ad-hoc task as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Degree in Business or Finance or related disciplines;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Greater China business segment with good business network in commercial banking;
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
Willing to travel frequently to China for business visits.
