Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team at Aviva Life Insurance. This role is pivotal in driving our agency and direct sales efforts across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in field sales, particularly within the insurance, banking, or BFSI sectors, and will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and selling life insurance products. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to achieve sales targets in the agency channel, as well as actively engaging in direct sales activities. Candidates must be local residents for at least four years and own a two-wheeler to facilitate fieldwork. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as is a willingness to work in a field sales environment. We offer a competitive salary package of up to 6.0 Lakh INR per annum, along with attractive incentives based on performance.
