Relationship Manager
Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to lead investor relationships across both individual (B2C) and institutional (B2B) segments. This role owns the full investor lifecycle — from first conversation to long-term retention — in a fast-paced, high-growth investment environment.
Key responsibilities
Investor relations — Individuals (B2C)
- Own relationships with retail investors from onboarding through reinvestment
- Convert registered users into active investors through direct, personal engagement
- Communicate clearly on returns, distributions, and risks — without overselling
- Drive asset fill rates within target timelines
Investor relations — Institutional (B2B)
- Build and manage a pipeline of family offices, wealth managers, and institutional clients
- Lead high-value conversations and structure tailored engagement
- Represent Ghanem confidently in front of sophisticated investors
- Convert institutional interest into long-term partnerships
Ownership & operations
- Build the investor relations function from the ground up — playbook, tools, and processes
- Track investor feedback and turn insights into action
- Coordinate internally with acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leadership
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Asset fill rate (time to target)
- Conversion rate (registered ? invested)
- Reinvestment rate
- Institutional pipeline value
- Investor retention and NPS
What this role is not
- Not a back-office or operations-only role
- Not a transactional sales role
- Not a low-ownership corporate position
Requirements
- 4+ years in investor relations, wealth management, real estate, or investor-facing sales
- Working knowledge of investment returns and the ability to explain them clearly
- Strong commercial judgment and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable handling both retail and institutional investors
- High ownership mindset — comfortable building, not just executing
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
