Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investors to increase assets under management (AUM)
- Secure capital commitments for a high-conviction, long-biased value investment fund
- Collaborate independently with the founding team to align fundraising efforts with business goals
- Manage investor relationships to deliver measurable capital introduction outcomes
- Operate effectively in a lean, high-accountability environment to support fund growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated success in fundraising or capital introduction for investment funds
- Established network of HNW individuals, family offices, or investors in Singapore/Asia
- Proven relationship management experience with measurable outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and adaptability in dynamic settings

- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-linked revenue share tied to capital raised, designed to scale with the fund’s growth.
