Relationship Manager - Home Loan / LAP

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct sourcing of customers, managing the complete sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Key responsibilities include generating leads through field visits, references, and local markets, as well as coordinating with Credit and Operations teams to ensure smooth case processing. The successful candidate will be target-oriented and possess strong communication and customer-handling skills. A graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking Sales is preferred. Local market knowledge is an advantage.
