Salary conditions

1 800 EUR/month

We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.

What we expect from you

It doesn't happen often, but we are currently offering you a unique job opportunity in our Corporate Business Network in Nitra!

We are looking for an experienced relationship manager who:

• builds, develops, and maintains relationships with clients – SME segment companies,
• identifies suitable potential clients,
• performs direct acquisition activities in the given segment,
• prepares high-quality proposals for the approval of active deals for clients,
• closes active deals with clients,
• participates in meeting and adheres to the KPIs set by the bank,
• manages an existing portfolio of SME segment companies,
• provides clients with advice on solving their financial needs,
• identifies and sells other products and services that are useful to the client (assets, liabilities, payment transactions),
• is responsible for monitoring the quality of the credit portfolio.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

• Master's degree (economic focus)

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

You are a suitable candidate for us if:

• you have at least one year of experience in business with corporate clients (SME is an advantage),
• you have a university degree in economics or two years of experience in economic consulting/accounting/development projects/insurance (even during studies) is essential,
• you have the ability to analyze financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow,
• you are an active driver, communicative, and have the ability to work in a team.
